Item Not Received?

If outside US, please allow 2 weeks for delivery.

If an item shipped to a US destination has not been received within 10 business days,
most of the time one of the following has occurred:

1. Buyer did not update address in payment details and it was misdelivered.
2. Package was stolen out of an unlocked box by street.

Insurance does NOT cover incorrect address.

If you suspect your package has been lost, mis-delivered, or stolen, here are the possible solutions:

(Tracking applies to US packages only) Solution
If the package is sent back to us due to incorrect address, and we have received it... $1.50 to reship to new address  (we can reuse packing supplies)
If the tracking shows it is being sent back, but you don't want to wait for us to receive it... $2.95 to ship to new address (All new postage and packing supplies)
If you bought insurance, and there is no updated tracking message posted after 10 days... No cost to ship TO SAME ADDRESS.  New address will be $2.95 fee.
If you bought insurance, and tracking says it is being returned... No cost to reship to SAME address, $2.95 to ship to new address.
If you did NOT purchase insurance, and tracking shows successful delivery... We will contact you if the package is returned to us.  Without insurance, if tracking shows a successful delivery, we assume the package has been stolen. We will not ship another package.
