Item Not Received?
If outside US, please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
If an item shipped to a US destination has not been
received within 10 business days,
most of the time one of the following has
occurred:
1. Buyer did not update address in payment details and
it was misdelivered.
2. Package was stolen out of an unlocked box by street.
Insurance does NOT cover incorrect address.
If you suspect your package has been lost, mis-delivered,
or stolen, here are the possible solutions:

If you did NOT purchase insurance,
and tracking shows
successful delivery... |
We will contact you if the package
is returned to us. Without insurance, if
tracking shows a successful delivery, we assume
the package has been stolen. We will not ship
another package. |
